The questions we get most often before we start. The answers are the same ones you'd get over the phone.
What does it cost to get started with AI?
We always begin with a no-obligation conversation and a workshop, where we map out where AI can create the most value for you. A workshop typically runs DKK 25,000-50,000 and a pilot DKK 75,000-200,000. The price is fixed and agreed in writing before we start — not an hourly rate that can run away with you. Operations and maintenance start at DKK 1,500/month and can be cancelled.
How long does an AI pilot take?
Two to four weeks. In that time we build a working prototype on your own data, so you can feel the value before committing to a full implementation. The pilot is built to be thrown away — it's cheaper to discover a bad idea after four weeks than after four months.
What about GDPR and personal data?
We build the solution on your own server, so your data stays with you. If we use an external language model, it runs through EU-hosted endpoints under a data processing agreement, and we keep personally identifiable data out of the prompts wherever we can. You get the documentation for your record of processing activities and risk assessment along with the solution.
Should we use ChatGPT, Claude or an open-source model?
It depends on the job, and we aren't tied to one vendor. We pick the model based on what the task demands in accuracy, speed, cost and data handling — and we build the solution so the model can be swapped later without rewriting everything.
Do we own the solution afterwards?
Yes. You own the code, the data and the server. We operate it for as long as you want us to, and if you cancel, all of it is handed over — server, source code, data and documentation — so your own IT can carry on. No licence expires, and we cannot shut you down remotely.
What if our data isn't in good shape?
It rarely is, and that isn't a showstopper. A large part of any AI implementation is getting hold of data, cleaning it up and connecting systems. If the state of your data means a use case has to wait, we say so in the workshop — and what it would take to make it possible.
